Development
Initially, ARCH professionals assess and evaluate all research-relevant components within the hospital to identify those that can be configured rapidly for use within the research infrastructure.

Next, the hospital’s specialties and centers of expertise are identified so that an attractive marketable “niche” can be presented to the industry, thereby immediately setting up a strong competitive position for the hospital. This process positions the hospital on par with other firms long engaged in research, greatly reducing the “start up” curve common to new ventures.

Personnel are trained in procedures, and systems are set up to expedite research projects conforming to these specific niche markets. The development course may vary, but it generally takes four to six months to integrate CPM program objectives.
